Azazel, Demon Prince of Wrath: In the Book of Enoch he is described as one of the Watchers, fallen angels who lay with human women. Their children became the Nephilim, titans born of both heaven and earth. During Lucifer’s rebellion, Azazel served as a key commander, and after the fall he brought the forbidden knowledge of warfare to mankind. His teachings led to violence and corruption so widespread that they were said to contribute to the Great Flood sent to cleanse the world of his influence.

In the apocryphal Book of Enoch, Azazel is depicted as one of the leaders of the rebellious Watchers in the time preceding the flood; he taught men the art of warfare, of making swords, knives, shields, and coats of mail, and women the art of deception by ornamenting the body, dyeing the hair, and painting the face and the eyebrows.
