The man who allegedly breached security and yelled a racial slur at NBC News’s “Today” show host Craig Melvin was arraigned Friday. Andrew Truelove, 41, was arraigned on one count of burglary in the third degree as a hate crime and a count of menacing in the third degree as a hate crime,
