"Recently I had an worst and pathetic experience while applying for MS in Emergency preparedness and Response program. I have never seen an irresponsible program coordinator like Mr. Anton Byzov. I approached him for this program in the month of April 2021 and he continuosly ignores my mail regarding my queries. Later on by August his assistant Jamelia Idrisova approached me regarding this program and I enthusiastically applied for the program. she was kind enough to respond to my mails but I felt the entire admission process took place in a fishy manner. Before the interview took place I received the admission letter. later on the interview took place for namesake. IAEA scholarship was available for this program. I received mail from Jamelia that my scholarship was denied by IAEA but neither the application nor rejection letter was shared with me. So i didn't had any other option other than being a self sponsored candidate. I thought of taking loan from bank and before that I had some questions for which I required answers because I was putting me and my family in a big risk by taking loans. So I drafted my questions and sent to Jamelia and she had forwarded that to Mr. Anton Byzov. Meanwhile the course has already started by september and I was already missing my classes. I patiently waited for a month for Mr. Anton's response and as usual he didn't replied to my queries even though I was ready to join the program as self funded candidate. Finally after a month I messaged Jamelia that I'm quitting this program. The best thing is that I didn't quit my present job relying on these people and I didn't applied for bank loan also which would have put my bread and butter at stake. People who don't want to reply the queries and mails of international applicants shouldn't take these kind of program coordinator roles. Such a worst experience I had with them"
